How do we pay?

We accept payment via bank transfers or cheque.

Do we have to pay in full?

Once we have confirmed our availability and received all the relevant information for your booking. We will ask for £100 deposit and the remaining balance 2 weeks prior to your event.

What are the Photo booth measurements?

Height: 2 Metres, Width: 1.3 Meters, Length: 2.3 Meters

What is the Magic Mirror measurements?

Height: 1.65 Metres, Width:1.01 Metres, Depth: 0.65 Metres

How long does the photo booth take to set up?

We arrive 1 hour before arranged start time to set up the photo booth.

How long does the Magic Mirror take to set up?

We arrive 45mins before arranged start time to set up the Magic Mirror.

Can the Photo booth be set up outside?

Yes, as long as you have provided full cover and flat flooring. Access to power supply must also be available

Can the Photo booth go up stairs?

Yes

Can Magic Mirror go up stairs?

Only when a large lift is available to transport it.

Can I hire the Photo booth for more than 3 hours?

Yes, additional hours can be added to your package, please see booking page for price details.

What are the Photo booth print sizes?

Within each package you can choose either 6"x 4" or 6"x 2" prints.

What are the Magic Mirror print sizes?

6" x 4"

How many photos on each photo booth print?

4 Photos, but on request we can change them to 3.

How many photos on each Magic Mirror print?

3 Photos, but on request we can change them to 1 or 2

Can we keep a copy of the prints?

Yes, we can put a copy aside of each print for you, or you can purchase a guestbook with your package and we can stick a print into your book and ask your guests to write you a message alongside it.

What are idle hours?

Idles hours are when the booth is set up but not in use. This is commonly used when the booth is needed to be set up before an event but not needed to be used straight away, for example at a wedding the booth may need to be set up by 6pm in the main room of the reception but not operational until 7pm while guests eat their food. This would need a 1 Idle hour.

How many people can fit inside the Photo booth?

We recommend only 4/5 people max due to space and picture quality.

Are you insured?

Yes. A copy of the policy is available on request.

Are your Photo booths PAT Tested?

Yes. A copy of the certificate is available on request.
